Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Clairidescence, each creation is unique and handcrafted with care. As a result, we do not offer a general return policy. Refunds or exchanges will only be considered under certain conditions, such as damage during transit or receiving a defective item. If your request falls into these categories, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for items that have been used, mishandled, or altered in any way.

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Custom commissions
  • Sale items
  • Fragile items such as charms or resin art that may have inherent minor variations or imperfections

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please Note: Refunds will not be issued for minor aesthetic imperfections inherent in handcrafted items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please:

  1. Re-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
  3. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at clairidescence@outlook.com.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or with discounts are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at clairidescence@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

If you are eligible for a return or exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-priced items.
